I have to give a huge shoutout to Ashley Hughes and the entire team at Oliver Hughes LLC. If you own a business, you already know … it is NOT for the weak. 😂 There are so many things that come up behind the scenes that you never expect, and having the right people in your corner makes such a difference. Ashley and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure we’re protected as business owners, but what I appreciate most is that they actually make stressful situations feel manageable. They’ve helped us navigate contracts, protect our business, and most recently helped us through a messy contractor situation that could have been incredibly overwhelming. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely make you feel like someone has your back when things get complicated. If you’re a business owner in Cherokee Co especially if you’ve been putting off getting your contracts/legal side of the business in order… I cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough. I recently scheduled a consultation with this law office after experiencing several concerning issues with my newly built home. This is supposed to be my forever home, so my concerns go far beyond cosmetic repairs—they are about safety, security, and having confidence in the home where I plan to spend the next chapter of my life. Since moving into my home, I have dealt with multiple problems, including roof leaks and water intrusion, electrical issues involving breakers and a burning smell, damage to walls resulting from electrical repairs, and other construction and warranty concerns. Even more troubling, some of my neighbors have experienced similar problems, which left me wondering whether these were isolated incidents or signs of larger construction issues. I reached out to this attorney's office because I needed someone knowledgeable to listen to the entire situation and help me understand my rights and my options. From the consultation, I felt that my concerns were taken seriously.
