Meredith Atwood is a Senior Attorney at Oliver Hughes LLC and is the Firm’s Director of Client Engagement

Prior to starting with the Firm, Meredith worked for several Atlanta-area firms specializing in Real Estate, Litigation and Compliance. She has extensive experience in client and customer service and project management. She, over the course of her legal career, has represented clients in complex real estate and title matters, civil litigation, business disputes, family law and probate. She has successfully argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Meredith received her JD from University of Georgia, where she served on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. She graduated Phi Beta Kappy with a Bachelor of Arts in English, also from the University of Georgia.

In addition to her legal background, Meredith is the author of three traditionally-published books, including Hope Fights Back, co-written with her friend, Andrea Lytle Peet—who is fighting a battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). She is also four-time Ironman triathlete who now enjoys lifting weights more than riding a bike.
