
Senior Associate
Christian Bonet is a Senior Associate on the Litigation Team at Oliver Hughes LLC. He brings a unique blend of business acumen and courtroom experience to his business litigation practice. Before becoming an attorney, Christian worked in the restaurant industry, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where he developed a strong foundation in business operations and client service.
Christian went on to earn his law degree cum laude from Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, he honed his advocacy skills as a member of both the National Mock Trial Competition Team and the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Team. After law school, Christian served for over a decade as an Assistant Public Defender in Douglas County, trying more than 40 jury trials as lead counsel. His cases spanned from misdemeanor offenses to high-stakes murder trials, earning him a reputation for tenacity, integrity, and strategic thinking in the courtroom.
Christian’s practice is built on a passion for fighting for the underdog. He leverages his combined experience in business and litigation to help business and construction clients navigate disputes with confidence and clarity.
When not working, Christian enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
