Biography
Ms. Lowe is a senior associate attorney in the Firm’s General and Business Litigation practice groups. Prior to joining Oliver Hughes LLC, Ms. Lowe worked for law firms in the Atlanta metro area where she specialized in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of disputes involving business disputes, premises liability, and real estate litigation. Ms. Lowe also has experience representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Lowe received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she interned with the Emory Law Volunteer Clinic for Veterans and served as an Equal Justice Works Student Representative. While in law school, Ms. Lowe received the ILARC Top 10 Percent Oral Argument Award and assisted the Lead Prosecutor in a then active case before the International Criminal Court. Ms. Lowe graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stetson University, where she was a member of three honor societies, won the Psychology Department’s Outstanding Senior Award, and published an article titled “Physical, Unconscious, and Non-Physical Factors of Attraction” in the Journal of Student Research.
Ms. Lowe’s practice currently focuses on commercial and business litigation, with a strong passion for handling litigation matters involving construction law. She grew up immersed in construction and grassroots organizations, courtesy of her parents. This drives her to advocate for her clients when no one else will and find creative solutions wherever possible.
