Senior Associate Attorney

Saba Daneshvar is a Senior Associate Attorney at Oliver Hughes LLC, where his practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis on construction-related disputes. Leveraging his background in engineering and construction, Saba brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to matters involving construction defects, project disputes, and related commercial litigation. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop efficient strategies for resolution through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation.

Saba earned both a Master of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before practicing law, he worked as a project controls engineer on multi-billion-dollar liquefied natural gas projects and as a civil engineer supporting residential, roadway, and bridge construction projects. This hands-on experience guides him in identifying risks early and effectively navigating technically complex disputes.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as an associate writing editor for the Law Review and was active in Moot Court. Prior to joining Oliver Hughes, Saba represented clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including intellectual property and commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Outside of his practice, Saba enjoys playing soccer, basketball, hiking, making hot sauces, and backpacking abroad with his wife.
