Constance A. Parks

Senior Associate Attorney

Constance Parks is a Senior Associate on the Litigation Team at Oliver Hughes LLC. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, she earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she gained extensive practical experience through clinics and served on the University of Georgia’s nationally recognized moot court team. Her advocacy skills earned her induction into the Order of Barristers in 2014.

After graduating, Constance began her career as a public defender, where she developed a deep passion for representing the citizens of Georgia. In 2017, she transitioned from criminal defense to civil litigation and has since handled a wide range of disputes, including auto accident injuries, land disputes, fraud claims, and more. She prides herself on exhausting all alternative dispute remedies before filing suit, while also pursuing litigation aggressively when it is in her clients’ best interests.

In 2022, Constance moved to Atlanta, where she continues her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city with her Old English Sheepdog, Pongo.
